Friday's Food!
It's late so I'm getting straight to the point, Food! Time to be accountable!
Breakfast: PRotein shake
Snack: Ham and cheese roll up and 1 pickle spear
Lunch: Salad.. HB egg, ham, cheese, red onion, cucumbers, raw broccoli and lite ranch. & 2 strawberries
Snack: Cucumber slices marined in lite olive oil dressing
Snack: 3 strawberries
Dinner: Baked thin pork chop, steamed cabbage, pinto beans
Snack: NSA chocolate pudding with protein mixed

Hi Kay...Friday is finally here! Not that it took so long to get here anyway. Finally some lbs. are dropping on the scale again...I just need to keep it going. Exercise really does help!! I worked out this morning after work....I slept so good today!! Anyway, here's my menu:
Ham n cheese on 1/2 whole wheat wrap, Light n Fit yogurt
1 bag Baked Lays, 1/2 whole wheat pita w/Hummus
Pure Protein bar before workout
Protein shake after workout
1 serving FF chips...I should get rid of them! But I'm kinda not liking the taste anymore
1 pc. tilapia, 1 small chicken drum, 1/4c. spinach, some salad
Brought some SF pudding in to eat at work

April, I am soo proud of you for exercising! My new years resolution was to join a gym. It's march already and my lazy azz still hasn't joined! I'm going to do it. I like that I'm able to maintain my weight but I'd still like to get another 10 lbs. off.
Send me some good exercising motivation vibes, please.
