Whatcha eatin for Wednesday!
Happy Hump Day everyone. I can't believe the middle of the week is here already. Today's my day off (thank goodness) and I went to this aerobics class called Latino Grooves at my gym...I LOVE IT!!!! It's fun and you must burn about a million calories. My face was dripping with sweat. I really enjoyed it! I'm trying to up my cals (the right way) since I'm working out. Anyway, here's my menu:
salad w/2 oz. baked chicken, .5 oz. LF mozzarella cheese, LF olive oil vinagrette, few croutons
4 oz. cottage cheese, 1 snack cup strawberry/banana applesauce
3 hot wings, 4 sm. baked potato wedges
1 slice whole grain cinnamon raisin toast w/1 tsp. butter
1 banana preworkout...tired of getting dizzy during workout! Banana helped!
protein coffee, handful of popcorn
Making baked chicken legs, green beans, little bit of stuffing for dinner
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 70 oz. so far...
