Alrighty ladies, it's getting late and I don't see this posted. I'll get straight to the point, Food! Come be accountable. I got back on track today after eating like a cow all weekend.
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with cheese, 1 turkey sausage pattie
Snack: 1 turkey sausage pattie and string cheese
Lunch: Egg salad.. 2 hb eggs, ff mayo, grated onions and relish on 1 slice of wheat toast.
Snack: Beef jerky and string cheese
Snack # 2: Navel orange
Dinner: 1/2 a grilled cheese sammy & 1/2 c. Chili
Snack: protein shake
