It's late but whatcha eatin!
Hi all. Hope everyone's week is coming to end nicely. I'm here at work...my 4th 12 hour shift! 1 more to go then my bday is Saturday. Today was my whatever which wasn't even that, just some extra carbs thrown in.
taco salad w/1.5 taco shells, FF cheddar, RF sour cream
1/2 whole wheat pita w/hummus, Light n Fit
callaloo (leafy greans), w/codfish and shell of fried dumpling...a jamaican breakfast...yum!!
1 pk. of Cheez Its, 3 choc covered cashews
1 slice pumpkin loaf from Starbucks..ate it over 2 hrs but felt a little
That's it so far...not too hungry right now.

Boy does the callaloo w/codfish sound good. Its been a while since I've had callaloo.
Ok, well here it is:
B~1 pkg instant oatmeal
L~left over Tilapia, brocc and asparagus from yesterday's dinner (Ruby Tuesdays)
S~protein shake
D~ I was not feeling to well. Not sure what happened.
S~ Light & Fit yogurt
Oh yeah a 2 bites of bread pudding

I know you like to try new things and I found something wonderful...Its called the Oh Yeah bar by ISS 26 grams of protien, it has 8 sugars but you are full on 1/2 of the bar so thats 4 and I got the chocolate & carmel (tastes just like a baby ruth) they have lots of flavors I am going to the vitamin shoppe at lunch to get more.......mmmmgood
