Tasty Tuesday
Ok, it's that time where ya come share your menu's! Come be accountable with me. Sometimes I feel real dumb doing this and nobody really joins in except April but I'm doing it anyway. It helps me out.
Breakfast: 2 med eggs scrambled with cheese and sausage.
Snack: Akins shake
Lunch: 1.5 Cups of Italian wedding meatball soup & 3 saltines
Snack: Mixed nuts
Dinner: Steak strips, onions, peppers and cheese in a LC wheat wrap
Snack: NSA chocolate pudding w/ protein mixed in.
That's it!

Thanks for posting Kay! We're being accountable! I like to post because I like to see it written down and some days (most) I don't have time to journal it all down. Here's what I had:
1/2 turkey ham n cheese sammy, carrot sticks w/dip
cheese snack, Light n Fit, mango slices
milk w/strawberry flavor (SF)
SF vanilla pudding, 6 chocolate covered cashews...needed a sweet or 2!
2 oz. baked chicken breast, mixed veggies
1 bag of Munchies...bad
Snickers Marathon Nutrition bar
Coulda skipped the Munchies but overall good I guess. Vitamins done, fluids 64 oz., and took a break from exercise today.
