Hiya Ladies How's everyone doing? I'm good. I spent the weekend in NC with my best friend and had a great time. I ate junk all weekend but I lost 2 lbs. Crazy huh? I guess all the shopping and dancing paid off. Anyway, come be accountable with me.. Breakfast: 1 slice of wheat toast with 2 tbsp. of peanut butter Snack: Handful of mixed nuts Lunch: 1 slice of ham and 1 italian turkey sausage link Snack: Protein smoothie from smoothie king Dinner: Ham, cheese, lettuce and spicy mustard in a low carb wheat wrap and raw broccoli w/ lite ranch Snack: Akins caffe late shake Ok, who's next?? Hi Kay. I thought I posted the thread earlier...guess not! My weekend was good, just kinda chilled out over the weekend. I found out someone was using my bank acct and bought a whole bunch of CRAP...almost $1000 worth of crap. If I hadn't checked my account by chance yesterday they woulda wiped me out over the next few days!! Luckily, I caught it in time and everything is straightened out with the bank. Anyhoo..here's my menu: B- 2 oz. Lite Spam, Light n Fit yogurt L- 1/2c. cheeseburger mac n cheese, 4" slice very thin crust pizza..we went to this place called S'mac..they every variety of mac n cheese! Yummy! D- 1/4c. chili...just to kill the hunger since lunch was so big S- I packed some almonds and a Pure Protein shake for work..i know I'll get hungry! Exercise- 45 mins STEP class, running all over NYC Vitamins: done Fluids: 54 oz. so far and working on some more right now.. April
