Good MONDAY morning everyone

Good morning! I am a big time lurker, with a few post here and there. I just wanted to say to anyone who struggles with the grazing, carbs, or just bad food choices in general (like me!!).... that today is MONDAY and a start of a new week and that makes it a perfect time to start fresh. I have not been doing so well with my food choices, and today on the scale... I was 3 pounds up!!!!!!!!!! Not so much you say???? Not too bad you say???? Well, 3 pounds is a start in the wrong direction and I need to stop it before it gets too out of hand, which I know it can. I know that it is SO hard for me to stop once I get going. I have worked hard to get here, and I dont want to mess it up. So if you are up to it.... lets do it!! I need others to help me get motivated. I need others who know what is going on in my head to keep me on the straight and narrow. Thanks for your help!!! And have a GREAT MONDAY!!!!!!!! Cathy

Hi Cathy, I hear you, loud and clear! I am also guitly of just lurking and losing control. But at least you caught it at 3 pounds and not 13 or more. Stay motivated. I always look at Special Kay and April's food posts to stay motivated. But, if we include our menus as well to be accountable it may help with shedding those pounds. Stay Strong! Dawn
