Ok, I'm here to be accountable its late but I'm sharing! Where the heck is everyone? The board has not moved since yesterday. Helllooooooooo, anybody out there! Ok on to food.. Breakfast: Protein shake Lunch: Pork roast .. no potatoes. Just had meat and carrots Snack: 3 yogart covered pretzels and lite yogart Dinner: BBQ chicken Leg, baked beans, (made with splenda b.sugar) and few bites of corn on cob Snack: Akins cafe latte shake That's it.. I am here and accounted for. I have been having a bad time. My girl friend has turned on me again. Four months and this is the second time that she has done it. No more, we all have our limits. Anyway here is my accountability. B~protein yogurt. L~chili S~popcorn D~ brautwurst no bun. S~maybe a protein yogurt, maybe not. Fluids~63oz Protein~100 Exercise~1 hour water exercise, 1/2 hour treadmill. Hazel
