Watcha Eating Wednesday?
Hey it's late and I don't see this posted so I'm jumping in..
Breakfast: Power crunch bar
Snack: Nothing
Lunch: Steak, boiled shrimp and salad
Snack: Carb/sugar control yogart and grapes
Snack: 3 snackwell vanilla cookies
Dinner: Leftover steak, shrimp and cucumr slices marinated in lite italian
Snack: Protein shake

Girl it's time for you to go to bed!! Nothing special for me today. Here goes:
Lean Cuisine beef and broccoli and added some collard greens
Atkins Mocha Latte shake
1 tsp. PB, SF preserves, 1 tbsp FF cream cheese on 1 slice whole wheat
1 pkt of grits...starving when I got home from work
1/4c. mandarin oranges, 1 lite lauging cow wedge, 3 RF Ritz
1 chicken quarter, mixed veggies
protein pudding shake
banana
I ate alot today! But at least I made semi-good choices this time around!
