Helllooo...whatcha eatin!
Hi all. Hope everyone's day is going well. I have to work tonight and the rest of the week for that matter so just wanted to post early. Kay did such a great job of posting each day last week! Here's my menu:
B- 1 scram egg w/slice of cheese, 1 turkey sausage patty
S- pudding protein shake
L- turkey n cheese on 1 slice wheat bread, Light n Fit yogurt
D- I made some chicken and stir fry veggies I'll eat later
S- I'm packing turkey n cheese, RF Rtiz and grapes for later
Vitamins: done!
Fluids: 16 oz. so far...
Exercise: a fast hustle to the subway!

Hey April.. it's late but I'm here to share. I had candy today. So bad but sooo good.
Breakfast: Akins shake
Snack: Power crunch bar
Lunch: Akins shake
Snack: 3 chocolate covered pretzels, 3 gummy worms, 1 chocolate covered almond and 3 chocolate covered peanuts ... at work snacking! I do so good til i get to work
Dinner: Small can of tomato basil tuna, 4 Rtiz crackers
Snack: Lite yogart and bananna
