Watcha Eating on Friday!
Howdy ladies I hope everyone is having a good day. I know it's a lil early to post menu's but I'm sitting here doing nothing. Since work is slow, I'll post.

Breakfast: 1/4 C. corn beef hash, 1 egg scrambled w/ cheese & 1/2 slice of wheat toast
Snack: 3 girlscout cookies.. took the rest to my mom
Lunch: 1 C. chili & 3 saltine crackers
Snack: Cheese cubes and handful of RF cheeseits
Snack: lite yogart
Dinner: 1/2 Grilled chicken breast, hb egg, cheese & red onion on lettuce w/ lite italian.
Snack: Protein shake
