Tuesday's Eatin

Yeah, I'm at work now. It actually snowed...and stuck in the city today! I was just so tired today I didn't even eat dinner. Just headed on into work. I need to curb my carb cravings a little bit better. I could seriously shave off 300 cals or more each day if I didn't eat unnecessary carbs. It's a work in progress!!
1/2 ham n cheese sammy on 1 slice whole wheat, Light n Fit yogurt
1 cheese snack, about 1/2 serving of whole wheat pretzels
about 1.5 servings RF potato chips, 2 handfuls light popcorn
....carbs
2 tbsps. tuna fish, 3 RF Ritz, pudding protein shake
1 banana
2 tbsp mashed taters, about 2 oz. roast turkey, 1 tbsp spinach, 1 tbsp rice
Now I'm sipping on hot tea!
