It's late so lets get straight to the point.. food! Come be accountable!
Breakfast: 1 egg scrambled with cheese, italian turkey sausage link
Snack: Bananna
Lunch: Blue crab.. YUM-O
Snack: Pure protein bar
Snack: Few cheese cutes
Dinner: 1 big slice of ham and Pinto beans
Snack: Protein shake

Hi Miss Kay. I was gonna try and post before I left the house to come to work but of course I overslept! Today was good, worked out with my trainer a bit and now I'm sore! I need some more calories for the day but here's what I've had so far...
Special K Cinnamon & Pecans 1c. w/CC milk
Light n Fit yogurt, 3 slices turkey bacon
1 BBQ rib, couple bites chicken and broccoli, 2 big mushrooms, 1 california roll, 1/2 pc. fried fish fillet
2c. popcorn, about 7 whole wheat pretzels
about 4 oz. roasted chicken, 1/4c. brown rice, green beans, 2 big mushrooms
I'm about to make my pudding protein shake now!
