The new B2B.
We have all done the back to basics and the 5 day pouch test. But you know what I found to be the real thing to do. Just exactly what we all know we should do. One more added insentative is find one person to be totally accountable. I have a friend that had lap-band in June, and she and I are accountable not only to ourselves but to each other. We e-mail each other each day with our weight and everything we put into our mouths. Down to two candy corns. Getting back to what I know I am suppose to do has meant a 7 pound loss in the last week. I have found that I now dump on sugar and fat and simple carbs now that I am eating the way I am suppose to. I am also getting in shape for a 10K in Boulder Colorado.
Hazel
Hi Hazel...I agree! I eat how I should be eating at this point of my WL journey and it has yielded great results so far. I feel more energized, more motivated, and I'mm seeing the scale move again. And I'm not doing anything super special. Eating right, exercising, getting my water in and taking my vitamins. Back to basics and 5 day pouch test is great for a start but I've done so many back to basics and I see people have done the 5DPT over and over....it ain't working! Not for me anyway. I want to enjoy food and be able to be healthy all in the same. So yes...here's to the new B2B!
