Ok, I don't see this posted so lets get straight to the point.. FOOD!! Come be accountable for what your putting in your mouth!!
I hope everyone is having a great day.
Breakfast: 1 egg and 1 egg white scrambled with ham and cheese
Snack: Handful of RF wheat thins and few cheese cubes
Lunch: 1 Ham and cheese roll up and Chicken noodle soup at hand
Snack: Bananna and 1 tbsp. of peanut butter
Dinner: Baked chicken thigh, steamed broccoli and small salad
Snack: SF Chocolate pudding with scoop of protein in it

Hi Kay. Everything's been good for me today. We're starting a bigger loser challenge at work so there's no reason for me to maintain or gain!!! I've been looking on the bright side lately!
1 can chicken noodle soup, 5 RF Ritz
1/2 turkey ham n cheese sammy w/lite mayo on 1 slice whole wheat
vanilla protein with 1 scoop french vanilla Light mousse mix and 8 oz. CC milk
1.5 oz. trailmix, about 5 mango slices
3/4 of salmon burger, salad w/ LF mozzarella, croutons, and RF french dressing
packed a Snickers marathon bar and some baby carrots/cucumbers and dip to snack on at work
I figured I need to increase my calories a bit to kickstart the weightloss sinnce I'm back to working out and I'm gonna start taking spinning!
Exercise: 20 mins on elliptical, 20 mins on bike
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 70 oz. so far....
