Wednesday's Eatin'
Hello Ladies,
I don't see this posted so I'm jumping in. I hope everyone is having a good eating day.
My eating has been so-so.. not perfect. Come be accountable and share your menu!
Breakfast: 1 egg omlet loaded with ham and cheese
Snack: 1 serving of FF pringles
Lunch: Ham and cheese sammy wtih lettuce and ff mayo on LC wheat bread
Snack: 4 sweetish meatballs .. at work and just had to taste them.
Dinner: 6" Roast beef sub from subway.. minus the top bun and handful of Sunchips.
Snack: Protein shake and bananna
Ok, who's next?????

My exercise for today was shopping till you drop with my friend Jill. I thought I could shop, but I can't hold a candle for her to shop by.

Hi Kay. Hmmm...roast beef sub sounds really good! Here's what I had:
3 graham crackers
1 can Italian wedding soup over an hour
protein coffee
1 Light Laughing cow cheese wedge, 3 RF Ritz, some papaya chunks
protein shake
3 General Tso chicjen chunks, salad w/LF Sesame ginger drsg, 1/2 oz. LF mozzarella
I packed some strawberries and more cheese for snack tonight
