Well I was in Jilotepec last week with the company that wants to hire me as plant manager. I knew the plant, the people, the city, etc. It is a little town of less of 100,000 of population. It is in the country between mountains and clear sky. It looks good for a living although I have my thoughts about good schools for children. It is 1 hour from Mexico City and 1 hour from Queretaro City. It is a commute that I am not willing to do due to the necessity to be near of the company, and my own willing to stay close to my family. I have been away from them too much time due to finance problems to send them to another city now that I have the opportunity to start up again my profetional life. So the decisition would be to move to Jilotepec, where my family would be away no more than five minutes from any part of the city. So far every body are happy with the decision. The HR people told me that it is a fact that I would start up in the job very soon. They have to do some delicate "moves" in the organization before my starting. The problem here is that they told me that the job was a fact, but so far I don't know under what cir****tances I would start. They haven't offer me a compensation package and I am waiting for it. I told my worries to the head hunter and ask him to push for a compensation package written in order to make me feel more secure about the situation... So... it looks good so far... it is a matter of time that I would start up in a position in which I would be able to be an efficient provider for my family. The only situation is to have a decent compensation package due to the moving that is required to do... I hope every thing will end up in a positive way for all of us... I would like to say that I am overwhelmed with all the support I have received here... You people are wonderful... Alejandro from Guadalajara Mexico

Congratulations Alex!! I'm so happy to hear that they've final committed themselves to you. But.. I do agrea I wouldn't do anything until I had something in writing that states exactly what they will be compensating you for the move. You need something Firm..it's a big step but sounds like a very promising one. I'm thrilled for you and your family! Hugs, Anna

What a delima ? Could your wife homeschool ? That may be a better solution you could live out by the factory and still have quality education ? I think living out in the country would be nice............. NICE TO SEE THINGS ARE LOOKING UP Tori

Alex my friend I am still praying for you and your family. I know that God is looking out for you. By the way, A LITTLE TOWN OF LESS THAN A 100,000 POPULATION? I live in a village of 150. If 100,000 is a little town, Hordville must be a wide spot in the road, which come to think about it, it is. Anyway, I'm behind you and praying. Hazel

Dear Hazel: You are certainly right!!! everything in this life is relative... what represents a little town under my eyes would represent a large town to other person's eyes... but... you see? I live right now in a city that has near of 8'000,000 of people, so, the change represents a huge leap in quality of life.... Thanks for being such a wondeful friend...
