Thursday...whatcha eatin??
Hi all. The end of the week is near!!! Might as well say its here! Things have been good. I have to work tonight and tomorrow night so my schedule isn't too hectic. I feel so much better since working out! I don't feel as tired and I just feel more productive with my day. I was suffering from lack of sleep lately and I've been sleeping like a baby these past few days after work. Anyway...here's my menu:
B- 3/4c. LF cottage cheese, NSA strawberry banana applesauce
L- went to the hot bar and ate: 1 slice turkey, 1 bbq rib, 1 pc. roast chicken, 1 garlic chicken finger, sm. sausage cube, 1 teeny garlic roll, few green beans...of course I'm stuffed!
D- I'm gonna make a refried bean and cheese quesadilla!
S- packing a RTD shake for work tonight
Vitamins: done
exercise: 20 mins on gazelle, ran 15 mins., 30 mins doing weights
water: 74 oz. so far...drowning and it's only 2pm!

Breakfast: Italian turkey sausage link
Snack: 1/2 C. boiled peanuts
Lunch: Italian turkey sausage link dipped in mustard
Snack: 1/2 C. boiled peanuts
Snack: few bites of NSA diced peaches
Dinner: Boiled shrimp, few bites of lngiuine and steamed broccoli
Snack: Protein shake and bananna
Good on water and vitamins

1 small Reese's p. butter heart
piece of bread w/ olive oil/spices

protein: 100+ grams
