Wacky Wednesday Food
Here's what I'm eating today:
1.5 c sf coffee w/ protein
2 c sf latte
AchievOne Cappucino
1 c chili w/ 2 Tbsp. cheese & 1/4 c rice (actually didn't finish 1/3 of it)
Fiber One bar
2 c lf buttermilk
dinner at church (think it's salisbury steak...hoping not...don't really like it)
???
liquids: 88 oz. so far...behind for me...have to drink a lot more
protein: 85 g so far, not counting church dinner
vitamins/supplements: done
exercise: only my brain today...ran out of time in am...no time due to meeting tonight.

Today has been a little wacky! I went in to work for OT just to find out they didn't need me and they didn't call me either! So I'm back home now...after I slept all day. Here's my menu:
There was a little party at work last night and there was NO healthy food!
Light n Fit yogurt
3 hot wings, 4 potato cubes
1/2 Snickers Marathon bar before workout
2 scram eggs w/cheese, 3 slices turkey bacon
1 oz. trail mix
I REALLY need to get better with my water intake. Work messes me up! Most days I only get 30 oz. in. That's horrible! I'm vowing to increase my fluids!! I have, however, gotten better with vitamins and exercise!

Hey Karla, Today has been wacky for me too! I woke up late for my dr. apt, locked my keys in the car, got caught in the rain, got caught in traffic on the way to work and now work has been sooo busy! At least my eating is on track today.
Breakfast: 2 HB eggs
Lunch: Protein shake
Snack: Protein smoothie from plantet smoothie.. yummy!!!!
Snack: Beef jerky
Dinner: Smart ones frozen dinner.. pasta, broccoli and chicken
Snack: I ate late so I'm really not hungry, If I want something to snack on when I get home, I'll eat some lite yogart.
That's it for me!!
Good on water and vitamins and BAD on exercise!
