Tasty Tuesday
Hi ladies work is soooo slow right now. I'm going nuts sitting here doing nothing. I got 7 more hours so I hope it picks up! It's early but I'm gonna post menus for you, April. I hope everyone is having a good day. Mine has been good. I slept all morning til work.
Ok, on to food.. Come be accoutable!
Breakfast: 3 turkey sausage links, 1 egg w/ cheese
Snack: 4 club crackers, 2 animal crackers,1 bit of friends ice cream.. HEAD HUNGER
Lunch: Smarts one's frozen dinner.. meatloaf and asparagus
Snack: Beef jerky
Snack: Few peices of raw broccoli dipped in lite ranch
Dinner: Chicken salad on lettuce w/ raw broccoli and cucumbers
Snack: 8 oz chocolate calorie countdown w/ scoop of protein
Here's what I'm eating today:
2 c lf buttermilk
2 c decaf sf protein coffee
AchievOne Cappucino
1.5 c Chipotle Shrimp Mexican Casserole
Fiber One bar
2 c lf buttermilk
Roast w/ potatoes (no gravy)
maybe a snack...don't know what
exercise: 15 minutes on bike
protein: 90+ grams
liquids: 108 oz. down, more to go
vitamins & supplements: done

Thanks for posting! I was so lazy getting ready for work so of course I was running late too! Here's what I had:
2 honey BBQ chicken strips, some salad
1/2 turkey ham n cheese sammy on whole wheat, Light n Fit yogurt
8 oz. CC choc milk
4 hot wings, 3 sesame chicken bites, salad...was stuffed!
PB, FF cream cheese, and SF preserves on 1 slice whole wheat
