Happy Monday! Whatcha eatin?
Hope everyone's week is starting off great. I got up early this morning and ran some errands, went to the gym to meet up with a new trainer, and now I'm gonna take it down for a long awaited nap! Just wanted to post menus real fast. Everybody join in!
B- 1c. Special K cereal w/CC milk, 1/2 banana sliced up
S- 1c. CC choc milk, 1 scoop protein
L- 7 medium shrimp, 3 hot wings, salad
D- Gonna have the rest of the shrimp, tilapia and some salad
S- I'll pack a banana
Goin down for my nap!

Back on track it is. I splurged big time this weekend!
Breakfast: NSA oatmeal
Snack: 5 club crackers and cheese stick
Lunch: 1 baked chicken leg, 1/4 c. dirty rice and about 1/2 c. collard greens
Snack: Protein shake
Dinner: Lean cuisine dinner.. pasta, broccoli and chicken
Snack: Protein shake

2 c lf buttermilk
2 c sf decaf protein coffee
Achiev ONe Cappucino
3 oz. blackened fish and 1/2 c crawfish etoufee
Fiber ONe bar
4 prunes
2 c sf ff chai latte
3 tamales 2/ 1/2 c chili and 3 Tbsp. cheddar cheese
exercise: 15 minutes on bike this morning
protein: 100+ grams
vitamins: done
liquids: 108 oz. and more to go
