GOOD MONDAY MORNIING ALL !!!
I think we have all been so busy with school, kids, new jobs, job hunting crazy stuff that we haven't had much time to post...I hope you all are doing well, just a few questions to get our week started off.
1. Do you feel the need to weigh as much, or do you just know where you are at ?
2. Are you happy where you are at weight wise ?
3. Is anyone planning plastics this spring or summer ?
4. Do you ever just create anxiety because everything is going ok and you waiting for the other shoe to drop ?
5. Do you go for food when you are anxous and realize oh I can't eat that what should I do ?
6. Do you think two years out is a point when more emotions start hitting us ?

1. Do you feel the need to weigh as much, or do you just know where you are at ? I am starting to weigh every two weeks instead of everyweek, It seems to curb some of my anxiety.
2. Are you happy where you are at weight wise ? Yes, I am very happy with my weight
3. Is anyone planning plastics this spring or summer ? I have my last plastics coming up in February, my turkey neck, drooping eyelids and a revision on my tummy.
4. Do you ever just create anxiety because everything is going ok and you waiting for the other shoe to drop ? Having this issue lately it seems like things are going ok so I just throw myself into a tissy for nothing, or maybe my teenagers are getting to me and I don't want to admit it, seems like you can't do enough for them fast enough and with no appreciation.
5. Do you go for food when you are anxous and realize oh I can't eat that what should I do ? You should see me open the pantry door stick a dorito in my mouth realize thisd isn't the answer shut the door only to go back 10 minutes later looking for something else and leave unsatisfied
6. Do you think two years out is a point when more emotions start hitting us ? Seems like lately my emotions are really hitting me like a ton of bricks not sure why just feel like I have lots of loose ends out there flying in the wind and need to get more grounded in everything.

**I still weigh myself a couple of times a week**
2. Are you happy where you are at weight wise ?
**Yes, though I won't complain if I lose the 10lbs I gained**
3. Is anyone planning plastics this spring or summer ?
**I would like to have a tummy tuck and breast lift..but since insurance won't pay for it..I won't be getting them done **
4. Do you ever just create anxiety because everything is going ok and you waiting for the other shoe to drop ?
** No.. I've never been like that**
5. Do you go for food when you are anxous and realize oh I can't eat that what should I do ?
**I always go for food in any situation..that hasn't changed... I just don't eat as much of it as I used to.**
6. Do you think two years out is a point when more emotions start hitting us ?
**I haven't experienced that yet. Maybe it is your kids getting to you.... That I have experienced! LOL **
