It's getting late and I don't see this posted so I'll jump in! Come share!

Breakfast: 3 turkey sausage patties and 2 orange wedges
Snack: 1.5 cups of calorie countdown chocolate milk
Lunch: 3 hot wings, 2 motz. sticks, 1 big onion ring, and 1/2 a side salad
Snack: Lite yogart
Snack: bananna
Dinner: Smart One's chicken quesadillia and 1/2 c. healthy choice vegtable soup
Snack: Protein shake

Hi Kay. My day was good. Had a great workout, getting back into the swing of things (again). Here's my menu:
Chicken casear wrap w/whole wheat tortilla
Atkins Cafe Mocha shake
Vanilla protein shake
1/4c. LF cottage cheese w/some mandarin oranges
Grilled cheese sammy made w/2 slices whole wheat, 1c. low sugar tomato soup, 3 itsy bitsy hot wings...I overcooked them!
I packed a banana and Light n Fit for snack at work...getting pekish now!

It was so cold here today and I really hate the cold. It is really bad since I have lost weight. Here is my accountability.
2 slice toast
5 tortilla chips with taco meat, sour cream, and cheese. My friend Jill and I get a 1/4 order of nachos and split it. She had Lap-band in June.
2 slice toast
1/4 cup bbq ribs
peanutbutter sandwich.
Still need to get some fluid in. Exercise shop till you drop with Jill.
