Whatcha eatin?! And it's my surgiversary!!
Hi all..it's Hump Day already! Hope everyone had a great week thus far. Today is my surgiversary and I didn't even realize it!!! My friend had to remind me. But anyhoo...what's on your menu for today?
3/4c. LF cottage cheese w/strawberry-banana applesauce
1/2 turkey ham n cheese sammy w/Light n Fit yogurt
Snickers marathon bar, few almonds
Choc protein shake
chicken w/whole wheat spaghetti noodles, broccoli
packed carrot sticks and cucumber slices for work later

Happy surgiversary April. It's mine too today. Whoohoo...we've survived the first 2 years.
Here's what I've had today:
2 c lf buttermilk
2 c decaf SF protein coffee
Achiev One Cappucino
Corn and Blackbean Quiche
Trail Mix
2 c SF Chai Latte
Chili w/ rice
small piece of cornbread w/lf buttermilk
liquids: 108 oz., more to go
protein: 115 g +
vitamins & supplements: done
exercise: 20 minutes on bike this morning

I'm on a chicken diet... that's all i'm trying to eat cuz it's filling and stuff... and my tummy hurts all the time like right after surgery. I think it's that damn binder that keeps you squished in!!!
I am still waiting for the okay to go back to the gym... that will help!
