Tasty Tuesday
Nobody shared yesterday but it's my duty to be accountable!!
Breakfast: 1 egg scrambled w/ cheese, 3 strips of bacon and 1/2 an orange
Snack: Protein shake
Lunch: Hamburger pattie w/ cheese and onions and few bites of italian turkey sausage link
Snack: Adkins Protein bar
Dinner: Grilled pork chop, Asparagus and small salad
Snack: Protein hot chocolate
That's my story and I'm sticking to it

Kay...I need to start posting again to be more accountable for what I'm eating. I love your new avatar...I thought maybe it was your daughter's picture at first because you look so young, thin, and happy!
Here's what I've had to eat today:
2 cups decaf protein coffee
2 c lf buttermilk
1 AchievOne Cappucino
Handful of trail mix (pnuts, dark M & M's and raisins)
Corn & Black Bean quiche and Fiber One bar
Handful of trail mix
2 c Chai Latte made w/ skim milk
Chili w/ a little rice and cheese
Small piece of cornbread
Protein: 120 grams +
liquids: 108 oz. so far w/ more to go
vitamins & supplements: done
exercise: 15 minutes on bike this morning

Hi Kay. I went home this weekend and ate like a pig even though it was intention not to! I need to get back into a routine workout plan like I used to. I'm just tired all the time, my sleeping habits are all outta whack too. I need to be alot better with my vitamins as well...I'm sure that's tying into my fatigue. If things don't get better I'll definitely be seeing a doc to make sure everything's okay. But anyhoo...here's my menu:
B- 1 HB, 1 slice lite SPAM, 12 oz. protein coffee 1/2 hr. before
L- a mix from the hot food bar: 1 rib, some teriakyi chicken, roast chicken, couple shrimp, 1 sm. garlic roll
D- 1 pc. broiled tilapia, sm. side salad w/cuke slicesm few croutons
S- I packed a Pure Protein bar to snack on at work
Tomorrow, I'll definitely be going back to the gym and sticking to it. My laziness is affecting my health in my opinion so I need to take control!

Shop till you drop for exercise. My friend Jill just never knows when to stop. She had lap-band last June.
