It's late but whatcha eatin!
Hi all. I could've sworn that I posted this, but I guess it didn't! It's really late but I want to be accountable, so here goes...
B- 3.4c. LF cottage cheese, 1 snack cup strawberry/banana applesauce
S- choc protein shake
L- 1 chicken sausage, salad w/LF mozzarella, cuke slices, croutons
D- 4 hot wings, broccoli
S- 1 oz. roasted almonds
S- about 1/4c. spinach....i love green veggies!

You did really well! I wasn't so good!
B-scrambled egg, bacon, some regular bread for toast.
D-1.5 pieces of pizza hut pizza, some doritos
S- a big peanut butter cup, oops, but it sure was good! lol
I was really bad with fluids but i did get almost all vitamins in for a change. I've been horrible at that!

I kept telling myself to post but I forgot! Oh well, I'm a day late but like you, I wanna be accoutable..
Breakfast: 1/2 pancake w/ SF syrup, 1 scram. egg and 1 sausage link.
Snack: I had something but I forgot what lol
Lunch: Baked chicken leg and steamed broccoli
Snack: 1/2 Adkins protein bar and carb/sugar control yogart
Dinner: lean cuisine.. sweetish meatballs
Snack: Protein shake

This is the day I really don't want to let anyone know what I have eaten. I have been rushing around getting my grandkids sighned out of school and ready to move back with their mom. This has to be the worst I have ever eaten in the last two years. Like I said, I don't want to post it, but I am, this is really being accountable. I made the choice to eat what I did.

I wish I could say I was done, but I am not sure if I am. I have taken all the sups and gotten plenty of fluid in. Tomorrow is the first day of the next leg of my life. I WILL do better.
