Hi all. Hope everyone had a great weekend. I actually went out partying in the city for the first time I've been here and regretting it!! Not really, just had a hangover when I woke up from 3 hrs of sleep just to semi-rehydrate and drink all you can drink champagne, bellinis and mimosas during a 4 hr. brunch! Tsk, tsk to me. But I feel better today and don't plan on drinking again for awhile! Anyway...here's my menu for today.. 2 scram eggs with cheese, 1 turkey sausage patty 2c. popcorn Choc protein shake Turkey ham and cheese on 1 slice wheat bread Dinner: not sure yet..maybe some roast beef and peas I'll pack a banana or something April

Hey April: How's the city life? Do you live in Manhattan proper? Here is my menu for the day... Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 Tablespoon shredded cheddar, some diced tomato Snack: New-Whey protein vial Lunch: 1/4 of Wendy's small chili with cheese. Snack: New-Whey protein vial with 4 Toll House low-fat crackers Dinner: ?? Not sure but I will be a good girl and eat something healthy! Have a great day! Jersey Mom

LOL, poor girl!!! I've been able to drink more than I normally could after surgery. Guess that's not so good, or maybe because I just drink smirnoff icr or smironoff black now instead of a 'hard' liquor!!! Oh well! B-half a slim fast high protein low carb shake thingy... couldn't finish the rest, icky s- south beach diet protein bar L- roast with a bunch of ciabatta bread I'm a bad girl, I just love that bread though and it's the first time it's been in the store in awhile!! couldn't resist! D- Not sure, think I'm going to be lazy and do a frozen pizza for the kids and just eat some more roast for myself, minus the bread! Renee

Hiya April I had a good weekend. I also went out, danced and had one too many drinks. I love beer now and hated it before surgery! Anyway, here's the damage.. Breakfast: 1 hb egg, 2 small turkey sausage patties and 1/2 a pear Snack: 2 tbsp. of crunchy peanut butter Lunch: Power crunch bar & small can of NSA diced peaches Snack: Raw broccoli, few cucumber slices w/ lite ranch Snack: Few cheese cubes and 4 saltines Dinner: Smart One's frozen dinner.. Chicken and broccoli alfredo Snack: Protein shake Thats it for me Kay
