Dear friend: You have said what I have thought so many times: "It is amazing to see how people have transformed!!!" you are certainly included. I can go back in time aproximatly 18 months and I can remember the way we behaved and thought and felt about ourselves. Today I can say that we are the same people but changed in some positive way. We have gone through much stuff in our lifes. You included (again) . We have shared our feelings, adversities, obstacles, problems, anxieties, fobias, etc... And you know what? I really think that most of us have become wiser at the end. We are more prepared to face life, not afraid to confront people, not afraid to rejection, loving ourselves in a healthier way...
