Friday's Food
Hey, it's me Just posting menu's! I hope everyone is having a great Friday! I'm working looking forward to tomorrow.
Breakfast: Grits, 1 egg, 1 strip of bacon and 1 sausage pattie
Snack: 1 hb egg
Lunch: Chilli and 2 saltine crackers
Snack: Pure protein bar
Dinner: Smart one's chicken quesadilla and small garden salad
Snack: Protein shake

Hi Kay. I'm here working...again!!! I slept all day so now I just wanna be lazy and just sit all night. Hopefully I can send my patient out really soon and that be it! Here's what I had today:
Beef burgundy w/broccoli and peas
Cheese sammy on 1 slice whole wheat, Light n Fit yogurt
Choc calorie countdown milk
3 buffalo wings, 2 italian sausage slices, 2 plantain slices
1 honey BBQ chicken tender, 1/2 crabcake, peas
packed a Pure Protein bar for later
