In the paper this weekend....

Hello Everyone! Happy New Year! I wanted to share that I will be in the Austin American Statesman this Sunday in the Life & Arts Section in an ad for Southwest Bariatrics. It will just list my first name and show a before and after and then tell how I have lost 147 lbs since Jan 2006, kept it off and how my health has improved. I was kinda reluctant at first and I remember Tiffany saying she did it and had the same feelings, but I thought - hey what the heck - "Pay it Forward" and if one person decides to change their life because of me, then I have made a contribution. I had to share with my January Surgery Family. Happy Friday! Rhonda
