Hi Miss Kay. I was pretty good except for the whole friggin bagel and regular cream cheese that I had. Small bag of chips cantaloupe, turkey pepperoni, lite havarti whole wheat bagel with cream cheese protein shake w/1.5 scoops and calorie countdown milk beef burgundy w/broccoli packed a PB&J sammy made with 1 slice whole wheat bread, 1tsp. RF PB, 1 tbsp. FF cream cheese, SF jelly April
