Howdy Folks!! How's everyone doing? I'm good. It's late and I don't see this posted so I'll get straight to the point, Food! Come share your menu and be accountable!!
Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: Adkins protein bar
Lunch: Grilled pork chop
Snack: Carb/Sugar control yogart
Snack: 2 cc cookies at work
Dinner: 1/2 a grilled chicken breast on lettcue and 1/4 c. broccoli n cheese
Snack: Protein shake

Hi Miss Kay. I was pretty good except for the whole friggin bagel and regular cream cheese that I had.
Small bag of chips
cantaloupe, turkey pepperoni, lite havarti
whole wheat bagel with cream cheese
protein shake w/1.5 scoops and calorie countdown milk
beef burgundy w/broccoli
packed a PB&J sammy made with 1 slice whole wheat bread, 1tsp. RF PB, 1 tbsp. FF cream cheese, SF jelly
