Tilapia fillet, mixed veggies

packed a snicker marathon bar for later at work

Here's my menu:
Breakfast: 1 pancake w/ SF syrup and 1 turkey sausge patty
Snack: Lite yogart with raw blueberrries
Lunch: 2 ham and cheese rollups
Snack: Small vanilla NSA/FF frozen yogart
Snack: 4 cheese cubes
Dinner: Healthy choice frozen dinner .. manicotti and broccoli
Snack: Protein shake
Vitamins: on track
Water: doing good
Exercise: um, no!
