Hiya Ladies Since I'm sitting here bored at the moment, I'll post! I hope you don't mind, April. I hope everyone is having a good day. So far, so good for me! It's time to be accountable for whatcha putting in your mouth.. come share! Breakfast: HB egg, 2 turkey sausage patties Snack: Power crunch bar Lunch: Protein shake Snack: Carb/Sugar control yogart sprinkled with a lil granola Dinner: Salad.. grilled chicken, hb egg, red onions, sf seeds and lite ranch Snack: Protein hot chocolate and a bananna if I want something to snack on Vitamins: need them Exercise: nope Water: good Have a great day!
