Tuesday's Eating
Hiya Ladies
Since I'm sitting here bored at the moment, I'll post! I hope you don't mind, April.
I hope everyone is having a good day. So far, so good for me!
It's time to be accountable for whatcha putting in your mouth.. come share!
Breakfast: HB egg, 2 turkey sausage patties
Snack: Power crunch bar
Lunch: Protein shake
Snack: Carb/Sugar control yogart sprinkled with a lil granola
Dinner: Salad.. grilled chicken, hb egg, red onions, sf seeds and lite ranch
Snack: Protein hot chocolate and a bananna if I want something to snack on
Vitamins: need them
Exercise: nope
Water: good

Hello, always a day late LOL I guess that is just me
B: Yogurt
S: 4oz cottage cheese
L: Insides of a taco
S: 4oz cottage cheese, 4 crackers
D: 1 piece of corn bread, and a bit of Veggie soup
S: 1/4c mixed fruit
Meds: Done
Exercise: I went shopping again (I know it don't count but I am just hopping LOL)
Water: Maybe today I will do better
