Monday's Menu and how ya doin!
Hi all! Hope everyone had a great weekend. I came home for the weekend and was ultra lazy! Which was okay because I had a pretty busy week with work and all. I'm a young, healthy, vibrant, defective woman! I have glass in my foot, just got over a cold, and having mini surgery to have the wound from my BA/BL closed. I told this guy that he's dating a defective woman! Hopefully after tomorrow things will be sooo much better. I'll let ya know! Anyway, here's my menu:
1c. oatmeal
1c. chicken salad on 2 slices rye bread, 1/2 bag chips
I'll throw in a shake later
Vitamins: need to take 'em!!
Exercise: none
Fluids: bad!
I might go on a liquid diet...not to lose weight but to save money!!! Food in New York is expensive!!!

Hey April @ defective woman!!
I had a pretty good weekend... nothing too exciting but went well. I ate out a lot and went to a party saturday so my eating was bad but I'm back on track today!
Here's my menu..
Breakfast: 3 strips of turkey bacon & 1/4 c. grits
Snack: Turkey & cheese roll up
Lunch: 1/2 a turkey sausage link, 1/2 c. pinto beans
Dinner: Smart One's frozen dinner.. meatloaf and asparagus
Snack: Protein shake
Vitmains: need them.. i'll do that now.
Exercise: work?
Fluids: so so

Sorry, I am late again. I hope everything goes good with your mini surgery! I would love to see NYC, I have never "been" there but I have drove through it. Any way here is what I at Monday:
B: 4oz. yogurt
S: 4oz. cottage cheese, 4 crackers
L: 1/2 hamburger, with cheese (no bread), Mustard, & Mayo
D: 1/4 cup Hamburger, Mac 'n' Cheese
S: 1/4 cup Creamy Tomato soup ( I was so craving this and the funny thing is I use to hate it, but it was really good) & 4 crackers
Meds: DONE
Exercise: Not sure what that is :0)
Fluids: Not so good
