Friday's Eatin'
Hello ladies How's everyone doing? I'm good and happy it's Friday!
It's late so I'm getting straight to the point..Food! Be accountable for what your eating!
Breakfast: HB egg, 2 turkey sausage patties
Snack: Handfull of trail mix
Lunch: Grilled pork chop and tangerine
Snack: Pure protein bar
Dinner: Turkey Italian sausage link, pinto's.
Snack: Small NSA/FF frozen yogart
Exercise.. nope
Vitamins.. on track
Water.. BAD but working on it.

Hi Kay. I'm feeling under the weather so I started out okay and ended up on a bad foot sorta kinda. Here's what I've had today:
Turkey n cheese on 1 slice of whole wheat bread, light n fit yogurt
18 crispy turkey pepperoni slices, 1 oz. lite havarti
1c. choc calorie countdown milk
3 buffalo wings, 2 fried shrimp, 1 sm. onion ring, few noodles, 1 bananana about 45 mins before that
2 chicken skewers, 2 california sushi rolls, mixed fruit
1 snack bag of pretzels
Protica vial
Exercise: ran for 10 mins, gazelle for 30 mins.
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 60 oz.

Hello, Sorry I am late we where out late last night and up early this morning, but here it is
B: HB egg
L: 2 bits of potato salad, 1 cheese stick
S: 4 saltine crackers
D: 4 French fries , half of a turkey club sandwich
Exercise: Walked around Walmart for an hour (does that count? )
Vitamins: All done
Water: Not so good
