Here's my menu:
Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: Bananna and 2 tbsp. of peanut butter
Lunch: Hamburger patty (no bread) w/ cheese and chili on top
Snack: Small NSA/FF frozen yogart
Snack: Peice of cheese
Dinner: Baked chicken breast, pinto beans
Snack: Protein shake
Ok, who's next??!

My menu:
B: eggs and beans with coffee
S: nothing
L: meatballs with tostadas... Mexican as you can imagine... lol
S: nothing.. no wait a minute I ate a popsicole... bad boy!!!
D: Not sure yet...
In general I feel in vacations, so my diet is not as strict as it is in working days... no matter that I have weighted myself this morning and nothing out of control is happening in the scale... but I will go back to my regime on Monday!!!

Thanks for posting! I went to this Cardio Tai Boxing class yesterday and everything hurts!! Everything hurts a whole 24 hours later at that. That means it was a good workout! Here's what I had:
1 oz. LF Havarti, Light n Fit yogurt, 1/4c. tunafish w/5 wholegrain crackers
Atkins bar
1 pkt Weight Control oatmeal, 1 turkey sausage patty
1 oz. LF Havarti, 4 whole grain crackers
1.5 pcs. meatloaf, greenbeans
South Beach Bar
Exercise: none today
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 50 oz. so far...

Hey Kay, I know I don't post much but for this year I am going to try to post to this post every day...........TRY is the big word here.
B: 6 crackers
S: 4 crackers
L: 1 Cheese bread stick
D: Insides only of beef taco (with refried beens), Cheese, sour cream
I need to work on more protein............
