Whatcha eatin on Thursday??
Hi all. It's late but I'm still here to be accountable...trying my hardest! So today I joined a new gym. Crunch is the name and it's in a few metro areas..it's nice!!! I really think I'm gonna like it and they have so many classes. After I signed papers and such I spent over $12 bucks on protein smoothies at 2 different places! I just didn't like the way they tasted so I tossed them and went to the corner deli and got some roast pork instead. That's what I should of done in the first place! Only Smoothie King gets my money from now on! Here's my menu:
3/4c. LF cottage cheese, 1/2c. sliced strawberries
2.5 slices lite muenster on 1 slice wheat bread, few spoonfuls of tomato soup
Atkins Mocha Latte
When I got home this morning I was starving!!!!!!!! But I didn't nibble on a thing. I just dealt with it!
1/2 of one strawberry/banana smoothie and few sips of a thin mint one (too minty!)
about 2 oz. roast pork, few bites meatloaf, 1 very sm. garlic roll
1 artichoke/mozzarella chicken sausage on 1 slice wheat
2 Oreo's...bad bad so I'm done for the night!!!

Hey April Yesterday I said I was gonna get back on track but it looks like I told a big fat lie! There is wayyyy too much food around me. What happened to that self control I had for the last month that got me back to my lowest?? It's sooo hard! The sweets have taken over!
Here's my menu
Breakfast: 1 1/2 small pancakes w/ SF syrup, 1 egg and 1 strip of bacon
Snack: 1 oatmeal cookie
Snack: Few bites of birthday cake
Lunch: Salad w/ ham, hb egg, cheese, sf seeds, onions and lite ranch
Snack: 1 oatmeal cookie, 1/2 cc cookie
Snack: 2 miniture recess cups
Dinner: 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of turkey, steamed cabbage and few bites of broccoli casserole
Snack: 1 small peice of monkey bread... soo good but too sweet. make my tummy hurt
I'm not even going to promise that I'll do better tomorrow because tomorrow is Friday and that's when I'm out and about. I will try!
