The Day after...whatcha eatin??
Hi all! Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and stuffed thier faces! I mean, it was Christmas for goodness sake! Just wanted to post real fast before I headed off to work. I'm doing a serious back to basics bootcamp!!! I looked in the mirror and DID NOT like what I was seeing! Something more drastic has to be done! I went to the grocery store today and for the first time...didn't buy junk and things I didn't need! Bought some cottage cheese, fruits and veggies! I'm joining a gym here in NYC to take classes and just gonna be more proactive STARTING NOW! I'll post more on this later at work (I'l have plenty of time!) Here's my menu:
Slice of turkey bologna & LF cheese on slice of ww bread w/LF mayo
Atkins Shake
protein shake w/1.5 scoops
some mandarin pcs.
protein hot choc.
Dinner-2 med. chicken skewers, mixed veggies
Snack at work tonite- SB cinnamon bar
Exercise: 30 mins on elliptical, 20 mins weights, 90 crunches
Vitamins: take em before work
Fluids: 52 oz. so far.....

Hiya April Good luck with getting back on track! I sooo need to do the same thing. I gained a few lbs. in 3 days due to my mom's good cooking!
Ok here's my NOT so good menu...
Breakfast: 2 small slices of ham and HB egg
Snack: 1 oatmeal raisin cookie
Lunch: 2 big Slices of Roast Beef
Snack: ANOTHER oatmeal cookie
Dinner: 1 slice of ham, Steamed cabbage and collard greens
Snack: Nothing, I'm stuffed!
That's it!! Tomorrow I'll do better!!
