Hi all...hump day already! I just wanted to post menus for today. I know it's early but I know I won't get to it later if I don't do it now. So I started my working out again. I haven't worked out in almost 2 months now! I was doing very light workouts about a month ago and since then...nada. It was hard getting back into gear too but it felt good! So hopefully I can start dropping the lbs. I picked up since then! Here's my menu: B- 2 oz. lite SPAM, 1 whole wheat waffle with lite butter and honey S- 1/2 Luna bar, 8 oz. milk w/protein L- honey BBQ chicken tender w/salad, lite mozzarella cheese, LF bleu cheese drsg, cukes D- I made some rosemary chicken, mixed veggies S- i'll take other 1/2 Luna bar to work Fluids: 32 oz. so far.. Exercise: 45 mins on elliptical and stairmaster, 120 crunches Vits: only took B12...take the rest after I take my antibiotic April

Hey April!!! It DOES feel good to work out doesn't it? Who knew? Or thought we'd say it?? haha I'm just doing upper arms and cardio though since it's pointless to do much with weights now!! 120 crunches!! great!!!! lots of decaf coffee, diet nestea, diet soda. scrambled egg with ff cheddar cheese 6 oz of pork tenderloins and green beans (strayed from the RYP but the beans looked sooooo good!) Also had a choc. covered peanut cluster that we made from this weekend. I have to ditch that stuff soon!!! Renee 20 mins on the precor machine ran a mile on the indoor track

keep cranking on the upper arms and cardio, your body will be in much better condition for surgery and the healing process!!! Hugs, Tiffany

Hey April Work has been crazy!! My job had olive garden cater our christmas dinner and I went out with my daughter for lunch so I splurged a lot today. Heres my menu: Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg Lunch: Grilled chicken sammy and 2 waffle fries from chick filet Snack: 1/2 a brownie and 1 bite of daughters ice cream Dinner: Lasagna, 1/2 bread stick and Salad Snack: Small peice of carrot cake Vitamins: on track Exercise: bad Water: pretty good. kay
