Tuesday's Eating
Howdy Ladies
I know nobody is really interested in posting but I'm so use to doing this. I like to see what I eat.
Here it is...
Breakfast: Hb egg
Snack: Protein shake
Lunch: 2 taco's
Snack: Tangerine
Dinner: Grilled chicken, cheese, lettuce, red onion, ff mayo in a low carb wheat wrap
Snack: Celery and peanut butter
That's it for me!

Hey girl! Thank you so much for doing this! I've been so friggin busy lately that it seems like I hardly get to post, but I need to start keeping track more often so I'm gonna be starting and posting! Thanks!
B-2 HB eggs, Light n Fit yogurt
S- protein shake
L- 2 buffalo wings, spare rib, about 1/4c. veggie fried rice, bite of ham and chicken...went the the hot bar around the corner
S- rest of ham and chicken
D- 1/2 of italian chicken sausage, some steamed italian veggies
Gonna start back working out tomorrow! My loss has been so slow because I haven't been working out. I weighed in at 173 this morning (not bad), so if I could work on getting down to 160-165 it'd be all good! And I'm not waiting till New Year's to start!!!

I'm glad you post this even though I don't post much to it... I'm going to start, I swear I am! Doing fitday (being accountable for calories) is my 2nd step in getting myself back on track, exercise first which I took care of today! So thank you!!
I'm doing RYP diet, days 3,4,5 from now until surgery at least (except for xmas day and alcohol on the nights I go out, lol)

lots of diet nestea and some diet soda
