Monday's Eating
Hello
It's early but I'm just sitting here doing nothing so I'll post! I did so good this weekend but had a couple junk snacks today!! I'm back at my lowest of 182 lbs. and I'm happy about that but I'm sure with all this sugar around me for the holidays, I'll gain some of it back.
I hope everyone is having a good day!!
Breakfast: 1 egg scrambed with ham and cheese and 1 slice of wheat toast
Snack: handful of RF cheeseitz
Snack: bananna
Lunch: Nothing.
Snack: 1 chocolate pecan cluster and
Snack: 1 sugar cookie
Dinner: Italian wedding soup and small garden salad
Snack: Protein shake or protein hot chocolate

Congrats on getting back to your lowest!! I'm trying to get back down to about 160-165...we'll see! I got about 10 lbs. to reject! Here's what I had:
chicken drum, 1/2 c. potatoes
New Whey protein bullet
cheeseburger w/bottom bun, handful onion rings from BK
few pecans
Hopefully I can start working out again!! I miss it!!

Hey Kay!
Congratulations on getting back down to your lowest. At this point, that is SO HARD! I am back up again to being 7 lbs away from my lowest. I keep pushing my goal date out! I wanted to get to 160 by Christmas...then New Years...but it is SO not going to happen! I hope to be at 160 by my 2-year follow up appointment on January 22nd. THAT might be doable!
