Watcha Eating on Wednesday?
Howdy Folks, It's kinda late and I don't see this posted so I'll get straight to the point... Being accountable for what we eat! Come share!
Breakfast: Adkins mocha shake
Snack: Yogart sprinkled w/ granola
Lunch: Grilled pork chop
Snack: Small FF/SF Frozen Yogart
Snack: 2 hersey kisses
Dinner: Grilled chicken, red onion, lettuce, cheese and ff mayo in a low carb wheat wrap & couple peices of raw broccoli w/ lite ranch
Snack: Protein hot chocolate and bananna
That's it for me!!

I'm a day late but here goes... I was a bit snacky yesterday.
salad w/turkey pepperoni, sliced mozzarella, croutons, RF cesaer dressing
Atkins mocha latte shake
2 egg omlette w/cheese, sm. bite of sausage, one forkful potatoes
Light n Fit yogurt
Cup-o-soup chicken noodle...only 45 cals and filling!
glazed donut from Dunkin D's
3 buffalo wings, few bites of rice and peas, few bites mixed veggies, topped it off with 1/2 slice lemon cake
I guess yesterday was my splurge day! Gotta be back to normal today!
