Accountability Tuesday!

Ok, the board has been slow.. Come share your menu's. Be accountable!! I have had a HORRIBLE eating day but I'm being accountable! Ok, here it is.. Breakfast: 1 slice of wheat toast w/ 2 tbsp. of peanut butter Snack: handful of RF cheeseitz Lunch: handful of RF cheeseitz.. well actually 2 handfuls Snack: 1/2 a bluebery muffin Dinner: Healthy choice frozen dinner Holding my head in shame! Why are you holding your head in shame? Although some foods are not the best choices you're still holding a pretty decent intake of food and calories. Dont beat yourself up too much! Me.... almost 2 eggs with a pinch of cheese and 2 slices of bacon mixed in Protein shake with soy milk 3 squares pizza, skipped most of the crust and just ate the cheese and veggies. 'salad' of lentils, canned chicken, peas, shredded LF cheese and this AMAZING basil dressing from the pizza place. tonite - dunno. having a glass of red wine right now. The weather just SUCKS outside so I am home bound tonight. I have some good options, will add later to my post. Be well, ~Tiffany

Hi Miss Kay. The board has been very slow! I guess because the holidays are fast approaching everyone is busy. I've just been everywhere but home! Here's me being accountable: turkey bologna and cheese on 1 slice light/LC whole wheat bread Atkins Mocha Latte handful pistachios, 1/2c. light cottage cheese w/strawberry-banana applesauce 3 WW crackers 3/4c. WW spaghetti, 3 meatballs, sauce I have some dry roasted soybeans for later if I'm hungry..14g of protein for 1/4 c.! April
