Good evening Ladies! How is everyone doing? I'm good! Work is slow right now so I'm posting menus. Come be accountable for what your eating! Tell all.. the good, the bad and the ugly!
Breakfast: 1/2 Adkins protein bar.. tummy was not feeling this
Lunch: Leftover BBQ pork rib, greens and few bites of shrimp maccaroni salad
Dinner: 1 C. Chicken and black bean soup and 1/2 peice of corn bread
Snack: Protein shake
Water.. good
Vitamins: good
Exercise: bad
