How is everyone today?? I'm good!
I'm jumping in and posting menu's!! Come share and be accountable for what you put in your mouth! I haven't had the best eating day but here it is..
Breakfast: HB egg
Snack: Adkins Protein bar
Lunch: Grilled pork chop
Snack: 2 handfuls of chips
Snack: 3 hersey kisses and 2 hard candies
Dinner: 2 slices of roast beef and steamed broccoli
Snack: Protein hot chocolate
