Accountability Tuesday!
I don't see this posted so I'm jumping in while work is slow. Let's get straight to the point.. food!! Be accountable for what your putting in your mouth! The good, the bad and the ugly!
Here's me being accountable.
Breakfast: Baked chicken thigh .. didn't feel like cooking and its protein so
Snack: Yogart
Lunch: Meat loaf and steamed asaragus
Snack: Adkins protein bar
Dinner: South Beach Frozen dinner.. chicken caprese and broccoli
Snack: Protein hot chocolate and bananna
Vitamins: not one today! Water: bad and Exercise: what's that????

Hi. Miss Kay! Here I am being accountable! My new job doesn't allow me to snack...I guess I'm not complaining. There's just no time! Here I go...
Salad w/ turkey pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, croutons and lite casear drsg
1/2c. LF cottage cheese, snack cup strawberry banana applesauce...good combo!!
Atkins Shake
1 oz. RF cheese, 7 WW crackers
about 1/2c. SF choc pudding
1c. Special K protein plus cereal w/1% milk and sliced banana...i'm full!
Off to work I go!
