Hello! Whatcha eatin!
Hi all. I don't know who's around today, but figured I'd post the menu for today. I've lost 5 lbs. this past week already! That's just from walking the streets of New York City! Also, lately I haven't been able to eat the amount of food I've been eating. I ain't complainin! Here's what I had today:
B- 1 scram egg w/cheese, 2 slices bacon, 1 slice lite toast w/lite butter
S- 1 oz. RF cheese, 4 WW crackers
L- little bit of each: steamed cabbage, chicken & broccoli, fried rice, 1 chicken wing
S- cantaloupe chunks, handful RF chips
D- 3 oz. salmon, salad w/mozzarella cheese
S- I made some SF pudding!
