Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg w/ cheese and turkey sausage link
Snack: Adkins Protein bar
Lunch: Adkins Shake
Snack: Small pack of peanuts
Snack: Few peices of beef jerky
Dinner: Healthy choice Frozen dinner
Snack: Protein shake
Water: ok, vitamins on track and no exercise.

L~ 1 slice of cheese with shaved turkey
S~coffee protein
D~1 chicken Quesidia (spelling) SMALL FORKFUL OF CORN 1 bite of frosting off of a cupcake...
S~sf jello
I walked 2.4 miles and it was way cold......
62 oz water
64 oz other fluids
all vitamins and benefiber....
