It's that time where you be accountable for whatca eating!!! Come share!! The good, the bad and the ugly! I hope everyone is having a good day! Breakfast: Adkins Caffe Latte shake.. yum-o Lunch: Cubed steak, few peices of raw broccoli in lite ranch Snack: Pure protein bar Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, 1/2 c. broccoli n cheese Snack: Carb/sugar control yogart sprinkled w/ low carb granola I usually stray at least once with a cookie or crackers but so far so good!! How did YOU do??? Kay

Hi Kay, today was another good day although I hardly ate it seems.... B~protein coffee S~cashews L~protein coffee D~tuna fish sandwich and small amount of tomato soup..... I am hungry so I will get a sf popsicle or 2! they recently opened a cold stone creamery here and my daughter got one so I had one bite of her ice cream. I did not enjoy it.... I walked 1 mile today, all vitamins benefiber 62 oz water 64 oz other fluids Hugs, Chris

Sorry to have been away...and I am leaving again for a week on Saturday. My eating has been good. I dont eat crap food, sometimes just too much of the good stuff. Always have a protein shake. And wine, I've had red wine a good number of recent evenings. Here's today: cottage cheese on a slice of toasted protein bread L: 3 squares cheese pizza whey shake with soy milk chicken chunks with shredded veggies (carrot, onion, zuccini, red cabbage, peas) and some egg whites Vitamins - I have been BAAAAD over the last week, will go take one now. Exercise - on sabbatical, have been doing walks but today's weather was crap. I am still pretty sore and dont anticipate doing much exercise anytime soon. Water - yep but a bit more to go Be well, Tiff

Hey Kay: You are doing a great job! I did okay today...strayed a little bit tonight. Breakfast: tuna with a bit of mustard Snack: New-Whey protein vial Lunch: chicken salad with some shredded cheddar on top Snack: Nothing Dinner: TOO MUCH quiche that I made tonight. I was just so starving and it was SO yummy! Eggs, a bit of bacon, mushrooms and onions. Drank about 50 oz of water and some Diet Coke. Took all my vitamins but no exercise for me! Bad, bad!! Hugs, JM

Hi all. Hope everyone had a great day. I was so tired today!! I had a computer class and I was just so tired! I know I need to up my protein, so maybe that's it. We waited FOREVER to see the christmas lighting in Rockefeller Center but it was way too cold so we left and went to eat. That's all there is to do in Manhattan...eat! So I need to curb my enthusiasm on the food here a little bit. Anyhoo, eating was very off kilter but here goes... B- 3/4 wheat bagel w/cream cheese S- PowerBar Nut Naturals bar S- 1/2 choc chip scone, 8 oz. choc soy milk L- went to a buffet..did pretty good mostly meats and fish, few carb items S- few pcs. boiled chicken, ham, 1/2 spring roll, 3 bites fried chicken D- 2 pc. lightly fried codfish, few fries I need to do better tomorrow! April
