Tuesday's Eating
Hiya Ladies
I'm at work right now and it's really slow so I'm here to check on the boards and see if menu's are posted. It's time to share! The good, the bad and the ugly!
Here's my menu:
Breakfast: Slim Fast Protein bar
Snack: 1 turkey and cheese roll up
Lunch: 2 ham and cheese roll up's & Carb/Sugar control yogart
Snack: big handful of cheezeitz
Dinner: Steak & Salad
Snack: Protein shake
That's it for me.. who's next??

Hi Kay. I've been out walking all day long. All day! My feet don't feel so bad, but I also wore very comfortable shoes today. Nothing too exciting to report, just tired. Here goes:
B- 10 oz. protein coffee
L- 1/2 turkey burger w/cheese and avocado on bottom portion of english muffin, few fries
S- RF banana choc chip coffee cake from Starbuck's, SF/NF/Decaf gingerbread latte
D- going to a Thai restaurant for dinner...hope they have something I can eat...

Good evening ladies and gents....
here is my contribution:
B~protein coffee and one fried egg with 2/3 of a slice of bread...
L~2 slices of ham rolled and 3 pieces swiss cheese...
D~chili with cheese
S~protein drink and cashews...
62 oz water
64 oz other liquids....
Exercise bike for 30 minutes and two warm ups on dancing with the stars dvd.
All vitamins and benefiber...
